Marilou Pantua-Juanito, VSO Bahaginan executive director
Marilou joined VSO Bahaginan when it started in 1999. She oversaw the growth of the organization from a VSO program to a fully fledged Filipino organization. Marilou has worked in development for 29 years. Previous organizations include Oxfam and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Maloy Tiongson, VSO Bahaginan program manager for volunteering
Maloy leads VSO Bahaginan's volunteer programs, including both international and national volunteering. She has worked in the development sector since 1982, focusing on rural development, gender, and management of non-profit organizations.

Rachel Nalus Quintos, VSO Bahaginan public engagement and communications adviser
Rachel is responsible for promoting and communicating the work of VSO Bahaginan and engaging its audience in its programs. She is also the primary contact point for members of the press.
